What is a pre release purchase?

The Collection is offered for sale prior to completion due to the supporter fan photo offer.  We finalize the printing of the collection once the deadline for photo submission has gone and all fan photos have been collated.  This sale is called a pre release offer.  Delivery of the collection will be by Mid December 2016.

The collection is a gift but the collection isn’t due until Mid December 2016, what can I give in the interim?

We can email you a Gift certificate, which you can print off, and gift before the collection is delivered by Mid December 2016.

What does the photo need to be of?

The photo can show 1 or more people. The photo doesn't have to be of the purchaser and can be of a friend or family members.

Where will the photo go in the collection?

Your photo will be placed in a collage setting which will include fellow supporter photos and will be located in Chapter 10 The Faithful - The Fans

How big will the photo be in the collection?

The photo will be approximately 4cm x 3.5cm in size.

Can I submit more than one photo?

Only one photo can be submitted per purchase. If you order multiple copies of the collection you can submit the same amount of photos. i.e., 2 collections = 2 photos. You can purchase as many collections as you like.

Do you include the name of the person / people in the photo?
No names are included, only the approved uploaded photo, we cannot add any personal message to the photo in the collection.
What size and format does the photo need to be?

The photo should be in *.JPG or *.PNG format. They need to be at least 200 pixels high and wide and cannot be more the 10MB in size.

How do I upload the photo?

To upload your photo:

  1. Simply click the "UPLOAD PHOTO" menu item at the top of the page.
  2. Enter your order number and email address to allow us to identify you. Your order number can be found in the confirmation email that was provided when you ordered the book.
  3. Upload your photo by clicking on the upload control or dragging the photo from your file explorer to the upload panel. The system will send you an email to confirm that the photo has been received.
I can’t upload a photo as I don't have a computer.
Perhaps a friend may be able to assist you.
Can I mail the photo in?
All photo submissions must be uploaded via our website we cannot except photos by mail.
When do I need to upload my photo by?

The photo MUST to be uploaded by Monday 14th November 2016.

What happens if I miss the deadline for uploading my photo? Can I do it afterwards?

Photos cannot be uploaded after Monday 14th November 2016.

How will I know if my photo has been uploaded correctly?
You will receive an email confirming that the image has been received. The system will also show you your image.
How will you know which photo is mine?

You are required to quote your email address and order number when you upload your photo.

What is an order number?

You will need to place and pay for your order before you can upload your photo.  Once you have finalized your order you will be given an order number.  This is the number you use when uploading your photo.

I want to order now but don't have my photo ready to upload.

You can place and pay for your order now and upload your photo at a later date as long as its done before Monday 14th November 2016.

How will I know if my photo has been uploaded correctly?

You will receive confirmation that your photo has been received via email.

What happens if my photo isn't suitable?

All photo submissions must be approved by management who reserve the right to decline inappropriate images. You will be contacted if your photo has been deemed unsuitable and have the chance to re submit a new photo prior to the deadline date of Monday14th November 2016.

How long after I submit my photo can I expect delivery of my collection?

The Archive Collection is due to be delivered by Mid December 2016.

I selected the 3-part payment option when do I receive my collection?

Your collection will be dispatched once your 3rd and final payment has been finalised.  Delivery of the Collection will commence by Mid December 2016.

What happens if one of my 3 part payments doesn’t go through?

Your 3 part payment plan will be cancelled. You must contact us at sales@iconictreasures.com.au and organise to make all outstanding payments. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available to service the 3-part payment subscription plan.

How big is the Collection?

The collection is a coffee table size 30cm x 30cm x 10cm and weights approximately 12 Pounds.

Do I need to sign for the collection when it is delivered?

Yes you must sign for the collection upon delivery.

What happens if I’m not at home when they deliver my collection?

The postman will leave a calling card in your post-box and take your collection to the nearest post office.

Will I need identification to collect from the post office?

Yes you will need to provide identification when you collect your collection.
